As a Vampire!
- Stay in Lord mode and throw magical balls at everything that moves, dragons, humans, beasts (Bunnies) and you get XP.
- No, that's it, it's that easy.. It still takes a long time.. But it's realistically doable.
As a werewolf!
- You only get XP from feeding.. Kill dragons or any other beast and you won't get XP for it because you can't feed on it.
- You also have to deal with the fact that you can only become a Werewolf 1x a day (Normally) unlike the Vampire Lord mode.
- You can't stay in Werewolf mode forever and you find yourself back in human mode pretty damn fast (Normally) Again, unlike the Vampire Lord mode.
Any tips on how on gods~green~earth I am suppose to level that way?!

Go to a Stormcloak/Imperial camp and nom on everyone
Then get the perk that lets you feed on anything
???

*NOTE: If you eat too much at once you get stuck in werewolf form for like 4 hours*

Get the ring so you can transform twice. When you enter areas that still need cleared, slaughter everything and feed. When it wears off, wait a day.

Take the Werewolf skill tree on the right to get "Savage Feeding." That will allow you to feed on most dead creatures, which in turn gives you progress toward your Werewolf leveling and additional time in beast form. I went on a 2 hour (real world time) werewolf rampage across the Rift.

Ummmm. Ring of Hiricine allows you to transform as much as you want, fyi.
You put the ring back on after a transformation, equip the power, viola!

what i did was just run around the world to bandit camps and forts and imperial camps killing everything and noming ppl as i go and getting the top skill on the right so i can feed on animals i had to w8 a few days for my transformation to run out lol its not hard to lvl up werewolf
