Why are people that don't like MMO's beta testing the game?

I noticed on a number of sites a lot of the haters of this game claim they don't even really like MMO's and/or wanted them to make the next single player ES game. They have an axe to grind and I've seen many of them say they actually want this game to fail. This is a pretty big issue with me since this can actually effect the game in a bad way. The beta test is not being properly conducted because it essentially has moles or saboteurs in it that are just out there trashing the game...not helping it. If they don't like MMO's then they probably do not have much experience with them. These people should not be beta testing the game.

Why is anyone beta testing ESO after release at their own expense? The low reviews and user scores speak VOLUMES. The game is already ruined in spite of so much of it being a lot of fun to play. For me, beside a few quests that remain bugged still it's the single player boss battles that are mean-spirited crap. If they served a real purpose in the game it would mean you are having trouble overall getting through PvE in general. But that isn't the issue I have especially with other solo characters and groups all willing and able to jump into your battle to help. For me these single player boss battle encounters are exist only to make my life miserable in the game.
