I know this kinda late to review this game 'cause it's releases on 2006. But it's okay giving the situation of mine having the PS3 for about 3 years now that this game has still good and perfect to play on PS3. I play the game on PC the moment it came. The PS3 version is the same as the PC version not that to many different graphic enhancement. Nevertheless it's gorgeous RPG.
You can take enemies in Oblivion with stealth and also with brute force or magic thingy. The quest is incredible and many. Lots of map marker to be found all around Cyrodiil.
The game package is also comes with map of The West Weald surrounded by Morrowind, Black Marsh, Elseweyr, Valenwood, Hammerfell and Skyrim.
The story is started at the prison of Imperial City with encounter with the King Himself that telling the main hero/heroin about Him seeing you (the hero) that will save His kingdom from doom that Ablivion will open the gates of Hell unleashing hordes of demonic monsters into the serene and beautiful Imperial Kingdom and its neighboring village.
You can be good or evil depending on which action you take along the your heroic journey across the Imperial City. You can participate in the Arena too for experience and gold in the Imperial City.
Overall, this is the RPG for you who likes buying houses for you to sleep so you can never be worried about some monsters attacking you in the middle of nowhere.
