Can I do all the guilds + Dark Brotherhood etc?

So I joined the Fighter's Guild and got high enough to get an enchanted weapon which I then used to become arena Grand Champion, and now I'm on the last mission of the Fighter's Guild, but because I murdered one of them (didn't give him a chance to speak MUHAHAHA) I got an invitation to join the Dark Brotherhood

So I'm just wondering, could I become the highest rank in Fighter's / Mage's / Thieves / Dark Brotherhood? If so, what's the optimal order given that I've already done the Fighters? Are there more that I can also do?

yeah! mod guilds, a number of them are better than the vanilla guilds.

Integraton: the Stranded Light( makes your vanilla guild rankings actually matter in its quests. best mod in my opinion, better than oblivion itself)

the blackwood company ( a fighters guild alternative)

servant of the dawn (join them after the main quest)

dark brotherhood chronicles(expansion of the brotherhood)

etc.

Don't forget Reclaiming Sancre Tor.

A great mod expansion that allows you to officially join the blades. Has quite a good questline along with new locations and side quests. Only downside is you can't start the questline until you finish the main quest.
