Any good mods to make faces look less awful?

I'm getting Oblivion on PC after having it on PS3 for a few years. Since this opens up modding, I wanted to know if there are any decent mods to completely overhaul the faces in this game.

I'm looked on Nexus, but 90% of them I've found are either single character, celebrity/LOTR faces, or mods to give the Khajiit kitten faces.

I wouldn't necessarily call it an overhaul, but Natural Faces (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/1965) does a decent job. I haven't tried Facial Textures by Enayla (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/9534) yet, but it looks fairly decent as well.

TBH, a real "overhaul" for faces would require a serious change to how faces are altered as well as the underlying structure of the model. It's entirely too easy to make utterly unrealistic faces with what's provided, and having other sliders move around when you're trying to adjust one setting just a little can throw you off. I much prefer EVE Online's method of character/avatar creation to pretty much everything I've seen out of Bethesda since Morrowind.
