I don't have bonus disc, but I downloaded the DLC from it on a different Xbox.

    Can i go into the marketplace and download it on another Xbox(I'm staying at my grandparents house for a couple days, and I always play on my grandfather's) without the disc, or will I need to pay for it? I can get the disc back, but it'll take a week or more(My friend borrowed it in August and I haven't talked to him since)

    Nope -- downloading from the disc isn't the same as buying from the Marketplace. This is a problem other people have had, too, when they delete the DLC to save space, only to find they gotta pony up to reobtain the content.
