This game is perfect. I've never played an RPG like this game before. It may not be a D&D game, but that dosent matter. Its Perfect. Its storyline is nice and long, feels great when you beat the game, its not easy to start in (which for me is a huge plus, cuz i hate easy games), its got the absolute best character generation system, its graphics are un-beatable for its catagory (don't include the computer version, for that one it matters on your hardware), its sound track is nice and good, its gameplay is awesome, there are so many weapons, and you can enchant your own (i'll explain later), there are a load of spells, and you can make your own too, same with potions. There are a lot of races to choose from, like the Dark Elves, High E;ves, Wood Elves, Imperials, Bretons, Orcs, and more! Each with their own pro's and cons, example, the High Elf is an un-beatable mage, they get tons more magica then all other races, but they arnt the best fighters, and they have a huge weakness to spells. During the character creation you can choose a "Sign" which gives you special powers or spells, or both, use this to help balance out your characters weaknesses. While creating your character, you have to choose 5 skills you major in, 5 skills you minor in, and the rest go into your misc skills, sop even if you do not select some skills in your major\minor, you can still improve on these skills! You also have to select to main thingy's, example, if your gonna be a mage, you wanna select Intelligence and Willpower, if your gonna be a fighter, select Strength and Endurance. Heck, you can even choose your face and hairstyle! The world of Morrowind is 100% free. If you want, you don't even have to start the storyline! you can wonder off, killing bandits, creatures, and the like, or you can join one of the many guilds in Morrowind and do jobs for them and enjoy their special benifits. Combats a lil' boring though, for up-close weapons, you either chop, swing, or thrust. gets a lil' old. You can enchant your own weapons too. Not "Make" your own weapons, but for example, you take a Soul Gem (which is required to enchant a weapon) and capture the soul of a Kwama Warrior, then you take an oridinary Iron Dagger and Enchant it with 2-7 points of fire damage. But there is a few caches. For one, you need a Soultrap spell to get a soul of a creature in the gem, then you need to kill the creature within a certain amount of time. Then, you need a high Intelligence, and a high Enchant skill. and if it fails, the gem is destroyed. I can't find anything wrong with this game. Any xbox owner that happens to like RPG's owes it to themselves to at least rent this game.
