The Extremely large areas of the game might not appeal to some, but it sure as hell appealed to me.

Ah...morrowind, the most expansive, intresting and well...bestest game ever! For some people the enourmos size might be scaring, since it means travelling alot, but fear not, the areas are extremely well-made, and since the world is filled with tousands of side quests, and dungeons, there is always something to do.
Heh, for your first couple of characters, you will propably be checking out the side quests rather than doing the main quest, since the main quest can be put on hold whenever you like.
And with the freedom to go wherever you want, when you want, well...you'll never get bored.Ofcourse, you might be thinking that the main quest is shallow, considering the enormous work put in everything else in the world, but it's suprisingly solid, and with a few nice twists and turns along the way.
Let's get started shall we?

Story: Everything starts out with a funky dream episode, where a voice is talking mumbo-jumbo about prohpecies and stuff, soon after you are awakened..in a prison ship.neat.
It turns out however, that you are your way to morrowind, a land formely ruled by the Dunmer *think, Drows, Dark elfs* , without much information you get your first quest.Deliver a package to some guy in a city named Balmora...hrm, but you can always put this on hold to explore right?
and then you are on your own, free to do what you want.

Gameplay: Great, with tons of different skills, that are put in three groups, fighting, magic and stealth, but if you want, you can create any type of character you want, and therefor giving the game a truckload of replay value, since there is tons of different spells and weapons in the game, combined with the fact that you can always mug someone in a ally somewhere...remember:if someone didn't see it, it never happened.
Since you start out with low skill levels, the combat feels handicapped, but it won't take long for you to understand just how real it is, since swinging a sword gives you points in the sword type you use and so on, same with magic, and with around a dussin of factions you can join and work your way up, and you got a kick-ass game.
The free-roaming world can be frightening however, especially to the people that just play overly-linear crap like Black and such..Bah.
See for yourself, this type of game might be for you but if you like REAL rpgs this is defenitly the game for you.

Graphics: Wonderfull, the water-effects has left me with whining about the graphics of the water at home, and the characters are all very well detailed, sadly this leads to bad framerate at times, but nothing too serious *if you'ver played this game before, the telvanni chambers are propably be haunting you still* Sometimes people that die might dive into walls and such, but nothing offensive, and the magic effects are VERY pretty.

Sound: Fair, the voicings are fairly well done, the soundtrack is great, but it's very repetive, so it might be better to mute the game and put on some Creed in the background.
The magic and fighting sounds get a little repetive, especially since the characters you fight say the same thing..ober and over again.

Lenght: Forever.
okay maybe not so long, but it's propably the most expansive game ever, and since there's hundreds of spiffy outfits for your character to wear, and with a whole bunch of different and unique weapons, AND with millions of sidequests and *chough*stronghold quests you can play for months and still find something new.

Well, the best RPG you can find on x-box, and it's hopefully leading the way for more to come. To thy knees and pray to thee gods, all hail vivec!
