Directional keys. I only use the mouse when using the Doctor's Remote (Which is rarely.) or Epic Fetus (Which I don't have. Yet. :3)

What recording software are you using? Fraps and gamecam wont recognize tBoI as a game and cam studio puts out terrible quality.

Camtasia Studio 7. Records it nice and smooth, and allows you to edit right then and there if you want. I usually export the .avi and .wav files it records for me and I stick it in Windows Live Movie Maker to render so it's as large as it can be in a 1280x720 window, and also have the 720p option selectable~

I just wish I had one program to record all gameplay with. Every time I swap to something new, my existing capture software won't work.
