The Nuts

User Rating: 7.5 | Texas Hold'em Tournament WII
Ok so here it is in a nut shell, the game is ok but a little slow paced. It does the trick if your looking for some good old fashion Texas hold em. The game is only 500 Wii points which in my book any game that will take up 2+ Hours of my time in the first 3 days is worth $5.00 I could see myself playing this game 2-5 times a week for quite awhile. The online mode is nice but still takes 3-5 minutes to link up with a full table. Don't even try to play online after 10pm as you probably won't get hooked up with anybody, at least until more people buy the game. According to the online leader boards there is about 25,000 people so far. The leader board keeps track of 2 categories (total earnings, and current bankroll) and also informs you what your current position is on the leader board. You can play online for with up to six strangers in random or up to six friends, but as far as I know not a combination of both. All players sit at the table as their Mii which is kinda cool because there are some pretty funny ones out there  One thing I don't like is the fact that there is no multiplayer local, only online. I would like to play 2-6 players local as well as online. It would also be cool to be able to log online with 2 players. One fun thing is the game allows you to use your earning to purchase new clothes to sport at the table. I scored it an 7.5 out of 10 but I really enjoy Texas hold em. A non bias score of 6.5 is probably more accurate.
