I swear when I purchased Texas hold 'em that I would only use it as a filler until the next game that I wanted came out. That was in August and I still turn to this game at least a couple times a week to work on achievements and play some cards. The game has its flaws (turns can take too long if you have folded and the AI is only slightly above average) but to the credit of the game developer, they have made some patches which make it more enjoyable.

One of the good things about the game, besides it just being good old fashioned poker, is that there are many people still playing it on a regular basis and it is fairly easy to get a game going. Also the achievements on this game are good with most taking about the right amount of play to earn them. Although, the "Get one of every hand" achievement is killing me and is purely luck, the rest of them are all quality based achievements. I originally game this game a 7.1. That was about four months ago. I think wth the improvements and the continued game play this number has to be higher.
