Other versions tried to add in different aspects of the game, but this one stayed true and simple to the Tetris form. There were only a few selected shapes that feel from the top of the screen that would speed up over time and eventually if you weren’t fast enough at making solid lines it would reach the top, and it would be gameover for you.
The sounds of this game weren’t annoying like others have been. The music was really key to this game. On level 1 it would be slow then later on in level like 9 and 10 it would be going very fast, giving you the feeling of a very fast gameplay environment.
The only thing that sucks about this game is that it is on the NES, because you wont be able to find it today that easily. And most people don’t even have there NES anymore. You could also check out the GameBoy version, it was equally as fun.
This Tetris game keeps it simple fun and highly addictive. Other Tetris games like Tetris Worlds fail at this. If your a collector or just want to play a solid NES game from the past, check out Tetris.
