One of the worst games I've had the pleasure of playing.

The original Tetris was such a good game, I was willing to flip over $30 to purchase the newest version for the PS2. I knew full well beforehand that the game really didn't need any fancy renovations or improvments. All it needed was maybe some slightly better graphics and a nice package. Unfortunately, this game felt the need to completely replace all that we have come to love about Tetris with its own interpretation of the game. Needless to say, they failed miserably.
The gameplay was altered in such a way as to completely devoid Tetris Worlds of all that was fun in the original. There is now some kind of invisible and unknown level-ender (for lack of a better word) that kills off all momentem and suspense that you've previously built up. They felt that adding multiplayer would in some way make this an acceptable change. Only the multiplayer sucks even worse!
