Not at all for simulation fans, but still a wonderfully quirky summer vacation of a game.

Gameplay:

Fans of Forza and Gran Turismo will surely be disappointed by the ridiculous car physics, but the laid back Hawaiian setting and endlessly enjoyable free-roam driving is worth the price in itself. Eden's ability to recreate the island of Oahu, to scale, is one of the most overlooked achievements in recent gaming history. Real Estate and avatar customization is simple but fun as well. Some minor connection issues can interrupt online play from time to time.

Visuals:

Hideous character models and poorly textured cars juxtaposed with the nice environment makes the game look a bit strange. A lack of dynamic weather and day/night cycle is a little disappointing as well.

Audio:

Cars are really the only thing there is to hear, besides some shoddy voiceovers, and they generally sound pretty good, albeit similar. The music selection is diverse to say the least, but you may be better off listening to your own music.
