What did you expected from Filipinos...From a small independent developer with probavly very low budget and PC strenght!
A high end game?Atleast graphics like FEAR,GTA IV,Doom 3,Quake 4...???

This game was made by Filipinos,low budgdet,their outdated computers,low wages,lack of ideas then again low bugdet...
What did you expect...Its their first game...Is OK...They are asians and filipinos are mostly poor...
So what...They made a decent game...
Graphics:
The graphics is ok,even with some low quality textures but graphics are like Half Life or Quake 3 Arena...Average...
Gameplay:
Predictable....Very predictable,so what they tried...
Coding(AI,Scripts,etc):
The coding is bad but thats their first game and first time using some game engine,check wikipedia...They were probavly programmers with not so good expirience...
Sound:
They could make better sounds...Also why they dint hired some Americans for voice acting,like japanese do that for RE1 and later...
Replay Value:
Low...well modding is possible...
My opinion:
Average game...but high quality because they had this problems that i presented in the beggining;
