Breathtaking melee, customization, and cinematic thrills. This is THE BEST a fighting game will ever achieve.
However, the loading times are not bad at all! Maybe they fixed it with the XBOX live game update you get automatically through XBOX live?
Regardless, video games like Virtual Fighter 5 have far worse loading times than this one. Unfortunately though... I do have to agree with the nitpicking on the scenario mode. It is a bit of a shame that the storyline makes no coherrant sense and it feels more like a series of Mini games than a real RPG/Action experience.
With that said... This Video Game is revolutionary. It is breathtaking in the sheer amount of fighting moves each character has in their arsenal and how easy most of them are to pull off. I was doing all sorts of throws, flying kicks from off the ground, diving attacks, and you name it within 1 hour of playing.
I have some prior experience playing Tekken and I have to say that this isn't the Tekken I am used to seeing. This one feels so much more like a masterpiece or a "Grand Finale." The introduction of so many fighters and tons of ways to play "dress up" with each character make this the most engaging beat em up I've ever played.
So far after about 10 hours of play time I have not experienced any slowdowns in the action offline or online. I have played several of the modes including Time Attack, Scenario Mode, and Arcade. The Cinematics in the game do a tremendous job bringing the characters to live with their own personalities and charm you are familiar with in previous iterations. Tekken 6 is Bandai/Namcos way of bringing you the best Fighting Game of all time.
P.S. The Fight Stick hurts your hands playing after long periods of time so be forewarned. Exercise your arm/wrist often between matches.
