Tekken returns, and its awesome, but it could have been the best fighter ever!

Let me just say I am a Tekken fan, even though Tekken 5 is the only other one I own. Tekken 6 looks great, I mean great. The 40 fighters look terrific and they move very realisticly. In fact the back grounds have a lot goin on in them. You may be fighting in a warzone or a "barnyard" which means you can hit somebody into a poor pig....I think the whole background thing is great and I dont see why GS let that affect their score.

Ok now the game has a great fighting system....button mashing wont get you anywhere, but the system is simple enough so that rookies can possibly give masters a good fight. Of course the whole air juggle thing is cool, until it happens to you. You can get air juggled into a wall which really really sucks. The whole hitting opponents into walls and through floors isnt revolutionary to the genre, but its new in Tekken. Anyway the controls are great, and theres 40 characters to master, so it'll take a long time to do that.

Ok as far as modes go, Scenario Campaign is a bit of a let down. SUre the cutscenes are cool, but you wont care half the time. And the actual figthing is very tough. BUT the biggest complaint with it is no CO-OP. I mean wtf is Namco thinkin? It would have been perfect for you and a friend to go through it...oh well. All the old modes are back like Arcade and Time Attack.....and you cant forget Survival. Ok, I've heard a lot of complaints about the online mode being really laggy. I experienced a couple hiccups with it but for the most part I'd say that SFIV had more lag to me. Tekken 6 is a smooth fight, even online!

And finally the King of Iron Fist Tournament 6....Jin Kazama, the firist boss. Yea he's cheap. Jin uses an automatic rage, which means he can beat you in no time. Its tough but if u defend and stay aggressive you can wup him. Oh yea I CAN't forget about Azazel....the cheapest boss i've seen in a fighting game. He's so big and he can block about 40% of all your attacks, but hey with enough practice, you can used to all his special attacks and block/dodge them. I advise you to stay aggressive but also get ready to block frequently.

Tekken 6 is a hot game, but I feel they could have made it the best fighter.
