Tekken 2 is an arcade gem.
It may be an ancient game, it may be extremely outdated, but its still fun. The fighting is very well designed for the time. The graphics aren't that amazing, but good graphics don't make a better game.
The amount of characters is amazing for a game made in 1996. Even if there are clones. (And clones of clones.) The characters are still great.
I've been playing Tekken 2 for probably a decade, and I haven't grown sick of it yet. I don't think you will either.
If there is one thing I have to make a complaint about, it's the game's endings. Some of them have no importance to the plot whatsoever. Some do, but most of them make you go, "WTF was that?" But since that doesn't really take away from gameplay, it's not a big deal.
Simply put, if you see it, you should give it a shot.
