I really liked the other TMNT game for the SNES, but this fighting game just does not have enough to it. You have the turtles and some of their enemies, but in terms of moves and control of the characters, it falls quite short.

This is a basic fighting game with punch and kick moves, and a few special moves thrown into the mix. What could have made this more interesting would have been better controls and more interesting special attacks. Also the amount of gameplay is also too plain. A tournament mode where you could set up match trees for you and your friends would have made things more interesting too. Or even some back stories for each of the characters, rather than just jumping in and fighting.

Nice try but this game is incomplete.
