If you don't mind a really really good character and a story about good vs evil (its been awhile since I have seen one honestly) then you should like the game. The battle system is surprisingly complex, but very forgiving at least for the first 20 hours (not sure about after). Be sure to fuse (combining two weapons with the same name) your weapons to upgrade them and figure out what direction gives what kind of attack as the elements used in those attacks will become crucial to target enemies weak to those elements. Underrated story here too. I'm enjoying it so far and the anime-ish characters too. They are pretty funny at times IMO. It might also be worth a purchase if you are an anime fan and a fan of JRPGs in general.
