The best Gamecube RPG and my personal favorite.

Enter Tales of Symphonia. At first glance the games seems like a mediocre RPG, but be warned that you are in for a surprise. The first 10 or so minutes of the game throws you into your first battle where instantly you will probably fall in love with the battle system. It is real time battles in a confined area. The only bad thing about the battle system is that you could only move left or right (or you follow where ever you're targeted enemy goes). Anyway the battles are awesome and the boss battles are some of the funnest and best boss battle experiences I've ever had. The story is fleshed and spans over 40+ hours even more if you take time to do the side quests. Tales of Symphonia has a very good story too with lots of twists. The line between good and evil is really blurred in this game. You want be able to tell if you're fighting for the good guys or the bad guys until the end of the game. You wont even be able to tell who your allies are until certain points in the game. The game has a plethora of skills that you can unlock and combine (randomly with other skills if you use them enough) which is a staple of the Tales game. And there is a lot of things for you to do if you dont want to follow the main quests. Whichs adds to the games replay value.

It is hard to write this review without giving awayy any spoilers because I want everyone to experience how great this game is.One tip for this game is that although you only get to have 4 people in your party Raine (your party's primary healer should always be in the party. My 4 were always Lloyd, Raine, Genis, and Kratos/Zelos. The game is great....nuff said.
