Will this come to PSN? (Any of them)

I heard somewhere that this game is coming to PS3 or something...is that true? On PSN, maybe? JAP or US versions alike, is this true in any way?

I've heard nothing of the sort.

However, Tales of Xillia is coming out on the PS3 in NA and Europe sometime this year. Perhaps that's what you heard, and you simply misunderstood?
