How do I get Suzu?!!

Ok I got Suzu last time but that was a fluke. For some reason I go back to the Trentwood map here on gamefaqs and go where Suzu is supposed to be and she is not there. I got Origin, the Eternal Sword & have revealed Dhaos' castle and she is STILL not there. Can someone help?
