Great game a must have for any JRPG fan

Like all games this one of course has its ups and down but its extremely addictive and fun to play.

Story: I personally I this very deep and while of course sappy at some points and dull or unoriginal at others what game doesn't have features such as this. The story really manages to show some real life problems and make a decent connection with the player. The good easily outweighs the bad in this quality and makes the entire story an enjoyable experience. 8 out of 10

Characters: The characters in this game are fun and very amusing to watch. They did a very good job at giving them some strange personalities and the interaction is just great. While of course there were times where some of them really got on my nerves Pascal for example was always funny but sometimes it really could get on your nerves same for Sophie's lack of personality for a lot of the story. While yes there were a few times like that I was fine with them most of the time and could easily push through it. 8.5 out of 10

Battle System: The jewel of Tales game as I love being able to get involved in the action unlike most JRPGs. Playing multiple games in the series I was really worried about how the new system of artes was going to work. But as I played the game I almost immediately grew attached to it. During the childhood arc and the beginning of the adult arc of course the low CC number made it somewhat annoying but it was still fun. Being able to sidestep was fun and really made this game more about getting involved and timing. I also really love the titles and Sp system it really makes it possible for you to focus on what stats to work on with your character. 9.5 out of 10

Graphics: First thing I will say is this game in my own opinion is way to brightly colored even blinding at some points. It was easy to get over but that was one thing that stuck in my mind the whole way through. Aside from that they were very good making it easy to pay attention to what matters and going into pretty good detail. 7.5 out of 10

Music: Aside from the opening song which I didn't really think went with this story I really thought the music was well done. The songs went very well with the scenes and were very good at adding to the effects. 9 out of 10

Voice Acting: Always a big deal in games for most gamers I really found it well done. The voices went very well with the characters and most of the time they really managed to sell the character. While a lot of people do complain about this I really think they did well with the voice acting but don't get me wrong they did have plenty of points they could have improved on. 8 out of 10

Overall: While there are quite a few details and points they could have touched up on before release this game was an overall enjoyable experience and I defiantly plan on playing it again sometime soon. I would HIGHLY recommend this game to any fan of JRPGS and really think in the end you will enjoy it. Overall 9 out of 10

Have fun playing.
