Could have used a better selection of games.

I'm a sucker for retro collections and if you're reading this, you probably are as well and are deciding whether to spend the coin on your third or forth copy of Space Invaders.

I paid ten bucks and wasn't disappointed.

The games all look and play great.

The games keep track of your high scores and some record your initials.

You can reassign buttons.

You can change the view so the game plays vertically but it's awkward to press the buttons.

The biggest grip I have is that there's a bunch of less than great games.

The games that made it worthwhile for me, were Space Invaders, Space Chaser, Lunar Rescue, Phoenix, Qix, Alpine Ski, Elevator Action, Legend of Cage, Rastan and Cameltry.

I thought the four updated games were duds. I tried them once and will likely never go back to them unless I'm stranded in elevator with my PSP. and bored.

When you realize how little space these games actually take up on the UMD, it's damn shame Taito didn't put more on there but that's the way it goes.

One game I never heard of and quite enjoyed is Space Chaser. You control a ship on a Pac-Man type grid and eat dots while a missile tracks you down. I found it a pain in the butt to do well at but I liked it and it wasn't a throw away inclusion like some of the other games.

You get more bang for your buck with Namco Museum Battle Collection and Atari Classics but if you've got to have Qix or Rastan on a handheld, here's your chance.
