Still a great game for someone who doesn't really care for the C64 all that much.

User Rating: 8.5 | Swiss Family Robinson C64
My Uncle gave me this game system which had this with it. The Swiss Family Robinson was by far the best C64 game I ever played. The graphics aren't really that bad for its time period and are reminescent of Oregon Trail or Lemonade Stand if you've ever had the pleasure of playing those back in the early 80s. The music is about the same, but it does change when an event occurs.
I actually found this game a little challenging. This is a puzzle game. You have to put together items that you find throughout the island in order to survive a storm/hurricane. Once that is done you have to piece together several other clues so you can ultimately be rescued. If you've ever played Deja Vu or Shadowgate on NES it is of that genre with a little less robust graphics. Still it is very good for its day.
Game play is pretty good and doesn't really last a long time. Replayabilty is awesome. I'd recommend this to anyone who still has this old system. It is a gem.
