waste of time, just an improved remake of Total Annihilation... nothing more

Well, i've had some expectations with SC2, since there has not been a good RTS to play... however, after few hours of playing, I have realized that i was a waste of time. The first impression player gets, when start playing is that SC2 is an improved copy of old good Total Annihilation: too many things in common: ACU, construction bots, the way to obtain raw materials, military units and etc, etc and etc.
I guess, for players who never have played TA, will find SC2 pretty interesting and immersive, since TA was a total success, in all aspects.
Let's take a look at pros & contras:
Pros:
Good graphic engine, looks pretty good, however, there is nothing new, we have not seen so far: the games such as world at war, ground control 2 and other have nothing to envy to SC2

Bad:
boring gameplay: nothing new. storyline is pretty weak and seems to be thought for 12 years old kids
weak and stupid IA, that is unable to manage well its units, which make all the gameplay a pretty boring process, accumulating enough bot, then go and smash enemy base...

Finalizing all this. SC2 is a good game, if you do not have too many expectations or maybe you have nothing better to play. good graphic engine, a lot of units and etc, but like i said before, you will not find anything new, or anything that will make make you to play this game again, unless it is the only one you have...
