Oh to be the man of steel. Here is a game that didn't involve a lot of violence or beat'em up action. In fact you basically flew around and collected bad guys and re-built a bridge that gets blown up at the beginning.

The graphics were pretty simple along with the sound. The gameplay was easy. Just push in a direction and thats where superman went. If you wanted to see what was on a different screen (with your super x-ray vision) you simply pushed the one button on your controller and pointed in that direction to see what was there.

There of course were little tricks to beating the game faster. At the start of the game Superman is descending to a phone booth and you had to walk to the screen to your right to watch the bridge blow up. But, if you hit the xray vision and pushed around to look at the different screens you wouldn't have to go down to the phone booth. You could then fly to the bridge screen and all of the pieces would be sitting right there for you to put back together.

You can't beat simplicity like that.

Well you can but why bother?
