Super Street Fighter IV midnight launch = I am so there!:) I do have the original Street Fighter IV and had to sell it and I'm happy with this version because of the addition of new characters, stages, and modes. Who cares if it's another version of Street Fighter? if you're a fan of the series you're happy with the release and if you're not well, you're not. Plus, they're not selling it at full price. Usual price for a PS3 game: $59.99. I just bought it this evening at $38.00.
I tought that the Stimulus package for MW2 was the worst fraud in the history of video games but then i remembered how capcom just ads a few characters and a ridiculous prefix to the street fighter games and then they sell it to you again for full price
so funny how the other gamespot interviewer interupts his buddy and then the jap guy interupts him too. haha. game looks good, looking forward to it even though i sucked at sf4
This will be the second fighter game I've ever bought. The other was Soul Calibur. I can't wait. I'm getting tired of all these FPS's.
don't care, not buying, tired of DLC type of content sold as a separate product. Only MW2 fan-boys could be fine with this. Call me when you have a new product, i like Street Fighter IV, but stop doing Super Street Figher IV, then Super Turbo Street Figher IV and afterwards Super Turbo Mega Street Fighter IV, this is just lame.
@ Big_Dre_D and Da4biddenOne I make the same comment on every SSFIV article I read. This close to launch and still no word. I planned on hanging on to my disc just to see who might stick around and play online, but still....
@Big_Dre_D No they have yet to announce it. I feel the same way you do, come on with it i know it will be something worth the wait.
I might actually throw down with a reservation for this one. Yeah it comes out in 16 days but I still might do it.
Does anybody remember when this game was first announced and they said "don't sell your SF4 disc because we got something special for you." Have they ever announced what that is?
I actually hope they continue doing stuff like this, until next gen. Eventually itll be like the deepest fighter ever. With a 100 people roster, 5 different combos, ultras, outfits. 20 mini games, perfection online. Awesome storylines for every character. Perfect balancing.
Not to start a flamewar or anything like that... But Street Fighter 4 did sell more ( in the U.S.) on the Xbox360!...But in Japan it was the PS3 version that sold more..So its up to you Nelo_inc! oh and DaJunt I did beat a crappy Akuma player with Dan!!!

Getting this one on release day. Me and my friends always have a blast playing any Street Fighter game.
I can't wait for this!!! I hope SNK gets their act together!! King of Fighter 12 was a $60 joke!!! But I will be mad at Capcom they make something like a Hyper Street Fighter IV after this!
Street Fighter has always been the number 1 fighter. I played it since 1992 and I still love the series.
with all these new fighters coming itno the mix it looks like the online community will become much more vibrant when it comes to possible match ups, im tired of facing ryu/ken/akuma 80% of the time. Nothing wrong with ryu and the guys but theres so much more to the game. Also i feel bad for not giving fighters from the first release more time, like gen who i loved and spent a lot of time with on alpha but barely touched on sf4
I can't even begin to explain how stoked i am about Super Street Fighter IV, i can't wait. Yeah they did drop the parry system they had in SF3 then added the focus attack in SF4. I think the focus attack works perfectly. Here are some online matches im looking forward to. This interview has me a bit curious about Makoto and Adon now. Those two, Dudley, and Cody are the characters Ive been looking forward to playing as the most...I just hope the changes to Makoto and Adon work better to equalize them, not ruin them...
