    Toad is the best multi-series jumper. A Toad will be a partner in SPM3ds, he appears in spin offs, his own game and has the 4th major role in Super Mario bros games.

    HECK he's even part of Mario vs Donkey Kong. There are mini toys for Mario, Pauline, Peach, Donkey Kong, and Toad. Although there is no mini Luigi or mini Bowser its an interesting note that they gave Toad a mini-toy highlighting him a crucial part of the entire Mario series. He's everywhere! GO TOAD!

    Another thing to note is that Shigeru Miyamoto considers Toad to be one of his favorite characters. When asked in an interview, Toad was one of the characters he listed off instantly without having to recall it. Not as big as something from Sakurai, but it's worth mentioning.

    That and Toad himself has been requested way before the Brawl days! He's probably more recognizeable than Princess Peach herself! I'm very excited for Toad he's one of the few male characters I support, and I'm a big feminist.

    I'll try putting the animations in more of the future movesets soon. Simply by showing these animations, a lot more people started to accept Toad as a playable character on various other forums I went to (I believe they initially had difficulty imagining how Toad would fight).

    Also wasn't Miyamoto interviewed lately upon what characters he would like to see in Smash Bros. (it was said that he "gets what he wants"? So Miyamoto's love for Toad would actually help him out in the long run here as it is likely that he would be providing some assistance to the project.

    Also let us not forget Luigi's Mansion 2. Miyamoto himself even said that Toad had a bigger role in this game, and that screenshot of him and Luigi looked to prove it.

    I have great news. With over 280 votes, Toad is beating all competition easily. Let's keep this up (but don't vote again if you have already voted once).

    @GalaxyToad: The part about Miyamoto is very interesting. Hopefully, he'll seriously consider pushing Toad for Smash 4's roster.
