The newest entry into the Super Smash Bros series is a fantastic entry into a well established franchise. First off the visuals moving over to HD are nice and all the levels look beautiful and crisp, as well as the character animations, its a pleasure going into snap chat mode to look around. The combat is the best the series has seen and is very accessible to new players but allows enough depth for hardcore gamers and pros of fighters to master the system. The character roster is huge and all characters are so well done, balanced and unique that switching between multiple characters, even ones you don't use often is fun. Also 8 player smash is chaotic and is extremely fun to play with friends. Simply put this is the best game on any console to play when you get together with friends and i spend countless hours smashing it up with mine. The amount of content in this game is mind boggling with tons of trophies to get, soundtracks to unlock, and retro pieces of old games that you get to play. There is also a vast amount of modes, and some characters to unlock that it will keep you busy for a long time. my only gripe that disappointed me was the exclusion of an adventure or story mode like in brawl and melee that for a single player minded person like me was sad to see but none the less this is a must have Wii U game to add to your library.
