Proof that button masher games can still be top-notch quality.

I've been playing this series from the start and it just keeps getting better and better. Sure it is not as fast-paced as melee and some characters are so slow it is amazing they move at all, but a well balanced system compensates for any supposed lack of speed.

Sophistication and strategy is required without a doubt for the more difficult form of fighting (against a high level AI or another person), while I did say this game was a "button masher" I sincerely recommend you do not just mash "A", because while that is the easiest form of battle, against a knowledgeable foe, they will make short work of you. Each characters have a set of basic attacks, special attacks, various abilities for grappling, jumping and just plain surviving if you are getting smacked around. That said, the speed in which you attack can be very important and you need to learn how to (at times) press various buttons so fast it looks as if you are just mashing away in a blurr. That's the beauty of these games of course, it may look simple, but mastering it can take a lot of work.

I recommend all to play this, you will have a riot of a time!
