Cool game, interesting and cheasy story, cheasy animations, fun, but easy missions....so why is it so addicting?

Repetitive 'taunts', cheasy characters with a little bit of depth, story can be difficult to follow at times, but still well told and interesting. Yet I still cant' stop playing!

There is so much to love about this game, but so much to hate at the same time. The animations are fun and enjoyable, but get repetiative really easily. The game seems to auto-adapt to your skill level, and even though it reads 'hard' I'm still finding it very easy.

The robots are cool, and the fact that I've been looking for a good robot strategy game in a long time really helps get me involved.

The missions are fun, but usually end up being more of the same...so far anyways.

Be interesting if they make a DS version where you can do more customization....

What I would really like is to take this game and adapt it into the Battletech universe. With a more serious, and less cheasy story line and I'd be hooked... yet I think it's the cheasy-ness that is the hook....

I'm so confused if I like it or not...all I know is that I gotta go play it again!
