@dukie855 your comment has no proving value, video games was for kids 20 years ago, know only games what made for kids is most of them is on wii, mario and so on. Adults games like gta, fallout series, elder scroll series, they are not design for kids, gameplay is too hard, and its too violent for kids, and where is much more about to discus, nintendo is creating games for casual gamers, not for hard core gamers, sony never was leader in handle market, they just appeared at 2004 end. Nintendo was in a market since first gameboy and psp became best selling handle of all time which is non-nintendo i think is quite achievement. And remember sony won previous generation war, and before previous with ps1, ps2, congrats nintendo with motion controls it helped to win this generation war, but you want it or not ps3 is still in all they better console than wii, we will see about next generation, and yeah i got dumb down cause some fanboys felt offended, what they favourites mario or zelda games are **** comparing to REAL hardcore games

@penusher, :DDDDDDDD tell me one good hardcore game on wii or ds?????? where is not, just stupid mario for 5 years old childs and zelda for 10 year old child, xbox 360 and ps3 has elder scrolls, dragon age origins, fallout series, compare this great games too zelda is like compare dick with finger :P what graphics??? look at the crysis 2 or gear of war series, or metal gear solid, gameplay 1000 million time better then any mario games or zelda, not talking about real live experience with such a beautiful environments and graphics, wii and ds is for kids, who like to play little kids games, or for adults who never had decent social life, or for adults who like dance in front of tv with stick in a hand :P chose category which you belong :P

@giedrius1001 lol the very fact that you described two of the most revered gaming series of all time as "childish" shows you have never played a wii or DS, and players were not "bribed with motion control" if it were a gimmick as you describe the wii and DS would have faded out, but people like them and their controls, I dont understand how some people still go mad for graphics, its been done dude, we've had super powerful consoles generation after generation for over 20 years what the wii and DS did was introduce something worth buying to the gaming market And I'm sorry if you dont like it but only an idiot or someone in serious denial would deny that the sales of wii and ds show they are popular and are great gaming platforms, yeah theres a lot of casual gamers on there but so what? there are plenty of hardcore gamers and games on them as well which you would know if you had ever actually played one rather than just spouting fanboy rubbish

@penpusher OMG!!! gamespot editor already saw it and touch it(where is video), and HE said its looking fantastic, and graphics are overwhelming. and its obvious with such kind of hardware you cant expect no more but home console level game quality, i dont care how much consoles nintendo sold, their producing crappy console, a lot of people was bribed with motion controls, which looks retarded for me, jumping in living room with stick in a hand, and nintendo hardware its just rubbish, i will never support last generation hardware in next generation consoles, ds and wii known for crappy graphics and i dont like any of childish games like mario, or zelda its bad what casual gamers which is majority choosing motion controls and simple childish games instead of, good, movie like games experience offered on xbox 360 and ps3 and psp

@giedrius1001 erm no ive not seen it, no one really has, all that has been seen are some trailers, the specs and a few boasts from sony about how super awesome it is ... That is not enough to declare it the future (not A future) and to be better than 3DS ... besides incase you didnt notice the DS and the wii proved that superior processing power doesnt mean jack **** anymore because you obviously havent noticed that each of them have sold more than the other consoles combined....

@ dukie855 im sorry im a nintendo fan myself but...DS DSlite DSi DSiXL 3DS they all sound the same they just arent using numerical prefixes. now SEGA they had unique game console names megadrive, mastersystem, gamegear, dreamcast, saturn, 32X. so yeah >.> please come back sega =(

LOL @ Supermooseman. OK, for the record I'm nearly 30, have a mrs and 2 kids. A slight bit nerdy but I've seen PLENTY of women in my life mate. The only thing is, when I see a nice one, I make it known! Shes a stunner! To be fair, whats nerdier, looking at a gaming site and keeping all posts related to gaming, or, commenting on the occasional finer things in life that true nerds sometimes forget exist. These games look fantastic, especially for a handheld. But the 3DS' price and battery life put me off a bit. So I'll probably stick it out with my DSlite until Nintendo deals with those issues. Nonetheless, 3DS looks like the BEST gaming device this (7th) gen.
