Is anyone else having saving issues?

My game saves perfectly. Now I want to erase it, and I can't! :)
If you've already tried ejecting and reinserting the cartridge, you may have a defective 3DS or cartridge. If other games save in your 3DS, contact Sega for a replacement; see the back of the manual for details.
