I thought Cotton Alley was part of the 100%. What's the deal?

I just unlocked the golden god achievement on steam when I beat The Guy, but I have 2 dark cotton alley boards left (bleach & brag rights). I feel like a fraud.

I had all bandages and cleared all dark boards through world 6, and that was my last warp zone, so it popped up when worlds 1-6 were 100%. I also did 1 negative world (unlocked the others but haven't beaten them yet). Stats list total completion at 101%, light @ 100, dark @ 99.

Does Cotton Alley not count, or did it get confused (possibly due to the negative world)?

On a side note, this game kicks so much ass. I don't remember the last time I was humbled by a game this badly, but the design is so accessible with the short boards and quick respawn that even those of us with limited skill can press on.
