World-1 100% Completion Unlockable (Spoiler?)

When I collected every bandage in world 1, it something along the lines of "Unlocked English". What does this mean?

    It's a placeholder for an unlock from the XBox 360 version that they took out of the PC version.

    The short version is that you didn't unlock anything.
