Bandage save fail?

Sometimes when I collect bandages he doesnt save it even though it shows "bandage get", for example world 1 the last stage.
It is even possible to get that bandage 30 times............
Is this fixable or is this a bug everyone has?

It is a bug.
an update that will fix this is supposed to be coming soon.
