The patriarch, the beginning the dynasty of super mario elegantly emulated into a finely pollished GBA game that has great compatibility with your DS too!
Frustrating when your game save is lost sometimes but other than that its same as always with multiplayer across GBAs.

Mario isn't my favorite but i found this an enjoyable romp of a platformer reminding me of SM3 which I worshiped back in the day. In my personal opinion I think nintendo have overcooked this series long enough, changing the gameplay but keeping the same old characters. But then again, kids love mario, older kids say they don't like mario (but they do they just won't admit it), older gamers love mario thats a cert, my dog loves mario ... i mean who doesn't love the boder-line racist italian stereotype plumber?
