This game in my opinion is litteraly the best game ever created. No game will ever come in comparison with this game.
This games gameplay is by far the best game play I have ever seen in any mario RPG game. Let me compare:
Paper Mario 1: A great game with the classic Bowser stealing Peach. The battles are kinda well done. Only "kinda well" becuase there isnt many different attacks and your party members don't even have any HP, when there hit there just out for a few turns, so they are kinda like strong items. Also your level ups don't do as much for you as they do in Super Mario RPG legend of the seven stars becuase you don't get new moves.
Paper Mario 2: This time around they got a new villian instead of the repetativeness of the bowser stuff. This time they fixed the no HP for party members thing but there still aren't quite enough attacks. Same level up problem.I find the story in this game to be complete CRAP! I justs cant describe what I dont like about the sory other than I find it has 0 replay value.
Mario&Luigi 1: In this series the level ups are a bit more effective. They still havent made a good variety attacks as they have in Super Mario RPG legend of the seven stars. The only thing this game prevails over Super Mario RPG legend of the seven stars is the great humour.This game has a good long story and has a pretty good replay value.
Mario&Luigi 2: This game is has a great variety of attacks(finnaly a game with nice variey). This game is semi funny but not quite as funny as the first in the series. The story in this game is exellent in the first time around but is VERY SHORT and has very little replay value. The sound in ths game is good exept the babys crying is very annoying at times.
Now this game has everything that every game up there has, and even better than most stuff. I didnt include graphics becuase it would be unfair since this a old game.
For the time this game was made in it has very good graphics and sound. Better than any other game in its time. The gameplay is very goood and addictive and you proboly won't stop playing this game till you beat it 2 or 3 times.
