First Mario Kart game released. It's addicting, and fun.

I got this game when I was around 5. I had trouble with it at first, but when I got older, I started pummeling the pack. My favorite driver is, of course Mario. The controls are easy to learn. The tracks are great! I like Rainbow Road the most. In my mind, Rainbow Road is the Indianapolis 500 of the Mario Kart series. For beginners, it's best to use Koopa Troopa, or Toad, because they don't slide in the corners. For experts, use Donkey Kong Jr., or Bowser (the heavy weights), because they are really fast, but have slow acceleration. The other drivers have certain items. Peach, and Toad use Poison Mushrooms. Bowser uses Fireballs. Yoshi uses eggs. Mario, and Luigi use Power Stars. Koopa Troopa, and Donkey Kong Jr. use shells, and banana peels. Race to win! Overall, great racing game, addicting gameplay, eight great characters to choose from, several great tracks to choose from, and go for the gold!
