"Revolutionary"

First of all i want to compare as usual to the old game(s).

Mario galaxy is a great game that delivered a groundbraking revolutionary control with the gravity system, it's awesome and it opened up a new way of platforming, but even so it lacked abit effectivness and it didnt really deliver the feeling it was meant, and the music is pretty much the same in both games, same theme different tones, but it feels cozy and catchy.

When Galaxy 2 came i thought it was going to be like the first game, maybe some new music and elements, but same concept, and it is, but when i watched the gamespot review and it got a blasting 10 points i thought oh my god i gotta have this game, went to the store and i got home and i played about 15 hours in a row and i couldn't stop, it was pure platform perfection, they had taken the first game and made everything better, the control is suprisingly better than the first game, the music felt so right, and i just loved that they had a new map system because the map system in galaxy made me crazy, it was slow phased and it kind of slowed the whole game down and so did the experience with it, but when they changed the map system it never felt slow or boring with galaxy 2, you always were shot into the action on every course and felt the magic elements each course had to offer.

When i play mario galaxy 2, and feel all the good vibes about it, i just get this feeling about how fun it must have been to create this game, it's such a joy.

Mario galaxy 2 is the game that is the result of 25 years of platforming, it started out as a 2D platformer and worked it's way into the 20th century, even if it's brand new, you feel the whole mario concept flowing in the game, and you could say it's a blast from the past, and that's good because we are in space.
