Nintendo's mascot once again shows why he is still the king of platforming and classic.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is absolutely stunning like its predecessor. I cannot imagine such a greater masterpiece than this. The graphics will make Final Fantasy cry as it meets its match in visuals. The game looks so smooth and beautiful, although not realistic in the PS3 and 360 world. However, the graphics do not complete the game by itself. The story is basically the same as it had been for the past 25 years, but where it takes place and how it unfolds makes it yet another new great adventure for Mario. The mini scenes of flying from planet to planet brought out an imagination of me flying through outer space. The gameplay is great. Controls and camera are on point. What was my favorite feature was the return of Yoshi. The green dino makes a great comeback with brand new power-ups and moves. Speaking of new power-ups and moves, the new Cloud and Rock features are great additions to the gameplay. You can rock 'n roll, or touch the sky. The boss battles are epic....period. The stages are perfectly challenging and amazing to explore. The music is so lovely. It puts me in a thought that I'm in a concert. The remixes of the past games builds the nostalgia!! The elements from the past fit perfectly in this new masterpiece. SMG2 makes me think that I'm in an Imax theatre, seeing an awesome movie in 3-D and listening to beautiful music and excited for the action and story it displays all at the same time!! Nintendo, you have done it again!!
