Beautiful Storyline, Nice Graphics, Amazing Characters... But...
The battle system is what i'm picky about, it takes a little too long for the battle to start, it's not that bad but can get a little annoying if you've taken 2 steps and enter another battle straight away.
Other then that, the battle system is easy and there's no flaws with it.
The storyline is awesome and makes you want to play the game more and more to see how the story unfolds.
Getting some characters throughout the game can be confusing, when you know it's a recruitable character you just have to find a way on how to recruit them but there's hints about how to get them (Also, there's a website saying how to get them but if you don't want to 'cheat' then that's fine.)
What i love about Suikoden games is the Good and Bad endings, to get the good ending you need all 108 stars of destiny.. which is fair enough BUT which is the true story? the Bad ending? Or the Good Ending? Just something you have to figure out i guess =]
The graphics aren't the best, but they're really colourful and there's nothing bad about them in my opinion, the characters are nice and detailed and look beautiful ^^
The SFX is good, different music for different battles (Normal/Boss) and different areas, so nothing is repeated THAT much!
This has to make top of my list.
It's gripping from start to finish, i don't know how people can say this game is crap [excuse my language] because it really isn't, it may not be Suikoden II but it still makes the Suikoden series shine above other RPG's.
I give this 10/10 because i just love it so much ^_^
