It is simply not street fighter. It should be called Capcom vs Tekken. Gems / Tag-Team etc. is not SF.
When I think of Street Fighter, I think of master my own move set and comparing it to all other to be ready for any attacks.
I had hoped with the Tekken characters we were going to get a whole new range of characters to use in an already defined, well thought out system.
SFxT is not what what it intended to be. It uses the "Tag" gimmick and adds character buffs. The balance is all off and you can never anticipate your fighters abilities.
Online mode is boring, the difficulty level is unfathomable and the game-play suffers.
It should be called Capcom x Tekken... because this is simply not Street Fighter. We can only hope that Tekken takes the true essence of the idea and develops a game that is not only fit for the Tekken title but resembles the play-style that has made Tekken so popular.
