Why are there no UGLY people in these fighting games?

Rufus, BBA Mega Man, Heihachi, Dhalsim, Rolento, Hugo, Bob, Yoshimitsu, Bison, Ogre, Akuma, Blanka, Bryan, and Jack-X aren't exactly the best looking people.
If you're talking about female characters, then I guess... Julia is somewhat average in my opinion. Mileena from MK without the mask is pretty bad too. I've always found C. Viper and Rose to be a little meh as well. But I'm fine with sexiness in my fighting games.

I would say SF has pretty ugly people to be honest, probably out of the most popular and cartoony fighting games out there, it's the only one who has fugly characters.
Even some females look pretty manly, like Rose and C.Viper in SFIV.

Poor Rose...she was so cute in Alpha IMO
C. Viper has potential to look better, she has a weird face and body.

Well all of the females in the Street Fighter games have something out of proportion, from Chun's thick strong thighs, to Makoto's big sexy feet and hands (also that misleading bra size) and even, R.Mika's well... DAT ASS.

Yeah, I agree with you. Both are sexy, but I don't know what were they thinking when they designed them for SFIV.
Look C. Viper in MvsC3. She looks stunning.
Oh, forgot to mention before... Elena and Ibuki ugly? How come? they are hella cute to me!
