when i put my code i get an icon of the 12 characters but saying i can't download it from the ps vita and i don't care bout the characters its the costumes

if you redeem your code at the XMB it lets you still use your code... it does for me anyway but when I do it at the market it says it's been used.... but I'm still not able to redeem the 12 characters.. this is some booty.

Me too. Man capcom really like to screw us. First, there's the on disc dlc, now we don't even get the dlc that we paid for.

Please let me know what you are suppose to get if you pre order the game from amazon.
I have 2 codes: one is for the 12 new characters and alternate costumes and the second code was sent to my from amazon for additional costumes just for the 12 extra characters.
Now the question is how do I get the extra costumes in PS3? the only thing that I can download in PS3 are the 12 additional characters but not the costumes!

If you haven't used those codes yet, they are correct now and are safe to redeem (As i've heard from several people.) Just access your downloaded list from the PSN Store and you should be able to download onto either once you've redeemed it.

Had it since launch and didn't care for the preorder bonus. Then I never got a response to the e-mail about my voucher, never got to redeem the 38 alts which is all I really wanted, and I sold the game to my friend for $10.
If I ever hear back from Capcom that's exactly what I'm going to tell them too, apart from what they can do with the $18 DLC code they owe me.
Seriously, I sold the 360 version when everyone stopped bringing it to tournies, but I thought I'd get back into it with the Vita version and have fun with the new characters. Then I saw the mess that is the SFxT psn store and how they're still desperately trying to nickel and dime us.
Nevermind that.
Nevermind Capcom.

Basically, I learn an important lesson from this incident, never buy another capcom game on psn. I had the same problem with Unit 13 and sony fixed it in 2 days. If I bough a retail copy and they give me the finger, I can easily resell it. You fool me once with the sxt on-disc dlc, shame on me. Now you fool me twice with this psn bait and switch. Never again. We will remember this.

I thought I was being paranoid when I emailed them for a redeemable code last week (which I received after a couple of days), but I am so glad I did now. They still managed to screw it up. Unbelievable. They really don't want money. It reminds me of that movie "The Producers," where they try to make a terrible failure of a Broadway show so they don't have to give back the investment funds. They went with a pro-Nazi romp called "Springtime for Hitler," which I am sure would still be more popular than Capcom at this point.
