best Street Fighter game

This is probably the best Street Fighter game I played until Street Fighter IV comes out.
The animations are incredible and Capcom really did a good job on the colors and designs of each characters and battle stages.
The characters are pretty much balanced and the combos-to-super arts controls are pretty easy to execute.
This is definitely a Street Fighter game 'must own' especially if you're hyped up and anticipated for Street Fighter IV because if you want to play that game then you have to beat this Street Fighter III first.

My pros for this game are:
-good character design
-stages are well designed and matches each character's personality
-Chun Li is still hot

cons:
-Gill is cheap but Bison is cheaper
-Akuma takes so much damage which I don't understand why he is on every Street Fighter game
-no returning characters
