a pitch perfect coin-op conversion of a classic game
you agree with me, that game is street fighter II, the mother of fighting one one and a classic arcade game as well.
Now if you are a street fighter fan you will know that that game that in its originary form allow you to choose fighter in a roster of eight characters became then fantastic with Champion Edition version that finally allowed you to play like bosses and to play against the same charachter, in this way you could play ryu vs. ryu, sagat vs. sagat, blanka vs. blanka, fantastic!!
These innovations made Champion Edition the best version of all time. Hyper fighting, a third version tweaked some moves and added some (chun li throws fireballs!), increasing speed rate, ok that is all.
Capcom's street fighter collection 2 does all to enclose in a cd these three games in a revival fashion.
the three games are identical in everything to their arcade counterparts, but there are some new elements.
Each part lets you starting a slick VS. mode in which you can setting many things affecting playability with friend and recording battle results.
Training mode is useful to applicate against a static character all moves of your mobile character.
There is also for all a gallery mode to watch artwork and is possible to listen at soundtrack in options.
Before of each battle there is a loading screen that lasts a few seconds, but it isn't really annoying.
All in all this game, great with a buddy, contains the true great street fighter, forget alphas, forget third strike, if you want classic gameplay and some nostalgy take a copy immediately.
