I was unbeatable at super street fighter on snes, because of great counter attacks. This game has a hard time establishing counter attacks that really work (unless you are the computer). The most dissapointing thing, but usually forgivable, is the lack of perfect hit tech. Sometimes you will clearly see yourself hitting an opponent and go right through them, Very annoying in tough battles!!! There are good things aplenty in this game, the long list of characters and unlockables. The different game modes can make for a needed change or short breather from more intense action. All that made the originals lovable is back along with some welcome, and sometimes overwhelming additions. To summarize, this game is very challenging and I feel it is a must have for anyone who likes street fighter.
